About Lavi Law Group
A California employment litigation firm built for one side of the table: the employee.
Leave it to Lavi.

Our Firm
Your work. Your rights. Our fight.
Lavi Law Group was founded on a simple idea: when something goes wrong at work, the employee deserves the same caliber of representation the company already has on call. Employers prepare for these disputes long before they happen. They have HR departments, outside counsel and policies written by lawyers. Most employees have none of that, and they usually face it at the hardest moment of their career.
From our office in Los Angeles, we represent employees across California in cases involving sexual harassment and assault, discrimination, disability and failure to accommodate, pregnancy and family leave, retaliation, whistleblower protection and wrongful termination.
We keep our practice personal on purpose. You work directly with your attorney, not a call center. We take the time to understand what happened and what you need, and we build every case as if it will be presented to a jury, because that is how you get taken seriously at the negotiating table.
Direct access, 24/7
Clients work directly with their attorney and can reach the firm any time, day or night, at (310) 990-8944.
Prepared for trial
Every case is prepared from day one as if it will go before a jury.
No fees unless we win*
We work on a contingency basis. No fees unless we win your case.*

Founding Attorney
Matthew Lavi, Esq.
Matthew Lavi started Lavi Law Group to do one thing well: stand up for people whose employers treated them unfairly. He represents California employees in harassment, discrimination, retaliation and wrongful termination matters, and he handles each case personally, from the first phone call forward.
Being harassed, singled out or pushed out of a job can be isolating. Matthew’s approach is meant to be the opposite: straight answers, honest expectations, and a lawyer you can actually reach when it matters.
“My clients aren’t case numbers. They’re people who were treated unfairly, and they deserve a lawyer who takes it as seriously as they do.”
